The Project Management and International Cooperation sector manages and implements initiatives aimed to promote competitiveness, strengthen business,  and support sustainable development. To this end, it articulates the opportunities generated by the cooperating sources as well as the availability of public funds to strengthen the export sector.

It also designs institutional development projects focused on strengthening the management of ADEX´s associated enterprises, and the export sector as a whole, facing the challenges of foreign trade.

It currently promotes the following programs:
