Given our intention to minimize the risk of accidents, property damage or health problems have been implemented policies and practices that ensure the safety of our students, employees, partners, suppliers and partners in our facilities .

In accordance with the laws of our country and the ILO conventions, ADEX does not employ workers under the age of 18. Likewise, our institution does not practice physical abuse, harassment and forced labour of our employees and partners .

Our Code of Conduct is an integral part of our terms of purchase and overrides exceptional conditions on our suppliers. By accepting a purchase order from ADEX, our suppliers agree to comply with our Code of Conduct and implement our demands into their business processes, accepting the verification of compliance, by a supervisor of our institution or a consultant hired to do so .
